Is this retreat right for me? This retreat is designed for women who are craving rest, spaciousness, and a gentle return to themselves. You don’t need to be “good” at yoga, meditation, or creativity, just open to slowing down and being cared for.

What will a typical day look like?​ Each day will include a balance of guided practices (movement, meditation, creative exploration), nourishing meals, time in nature, and plenty of unstructured space to rest, journal, or simply be. The rhythm is gentle and invitational rather than scheduled to the minute.

Do I need any experience with yoga or creative practices?​ Not at all. All offerings are accessible, optional, and adaptable. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
