

Yoga is an exploration of self. I encourage my students to turn their attention inward, allowing them to understand what is true for them in each moment.
I began practicing yoga in 1995 during my first pregnancy. I was seeking something that would stretch and strengthen my changing body, calm my mind, and ease the anxiety surrounding childbirth. Yoga proved to be the perfect fit.
Many years later, as a certified Hatha yoga instructor, my intention is to create an open, safe, and welcoming environment where both new and experienced students can practice comfortably.

In class, students learn to establish a natural rhythm through breath and movement while becoming more aware of their bodies and cultivating stillness within the mind. This practice supports connection with their inner guidance and encourages self-care, awareness, and nurturing from within.
