What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis offers a pathway to access the subconscious mind by bypassing the conscious mind. Within the subconscious lie memories and emotions that significantly influence our daily choices, decisions, and behaviors, often operating outside of our conscious awareness.​

What is hypnosis like?
Have you ever been completely absorbed while watching TV? Or arrived at work and realized you drove there on “auto-pilot”?

That’s a natural altered state, just like hypnosis. It's similar to watching a movie: you're relaxed and deeply focused at the same time. You’ve tuned out the world around you and become immersed in the story.
So much so, your body reacts to what's happening on the screen, feeling emotions as if they were real. Consciously, you know it’s just light on a screen, but your subconscious registers fear, joy, excitement, and your emotions respond anyway.
