What is a yoga party?

It’s a party with a twist! Hosting a party, yoga is a great way to bring four or more friends, family and co-workers together in the comfort of your home, office or accommodations. If the weather cooperates, we can even set up in the backyard, beach or local park. Whether you have yoga experience or not, the benefits of a mindful movement practice are for everyone!

In addition to a private yoga class, I offer custom rituals, intention-setting moments, and ceremonial practices designed to celebrate special occasions; from bachelorette weekends to milestone birthdays. These can include guided intention setting, group blessing moments, flower ceremonies or personalized elements created just for your group.
