ROOT
& RESTORE
Retreat for Women
The Place That Holds Us
Autumn Wellness Retreat
October 23 - 25, 2026
You are invited to Root & Restore, as Autumn deepens, gather with a small circle of women to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. This carefully held 3-day, 2-night retreat offers gentle movement and meditation, intuitive art-making, and nourishing plant-based meals; a grounding pause from the constant doing.
Designed as a space to rest and be held, this retreat supports the body, quiets the mind, and rekindles creativity and intuition. You’ll leave feeling rooted, restored, and renewed.
Nothing to fix Nothing to force Simply come as you are

The Place That Holds Us
Located at Harmony PEC in Waupoos — land named for Chief Waupoos of the Mississauga First Nation. As caretakers of this land, Harmony honours those who walked here before us, taking only what is needed.
Set high above Lake Ontario and surrounded by protected wetlands and an ancient forest, the land itself becomes part of the experience. A winding drive opens to wide skies, quiet trails, and an escarpment-edge yoga deck — a place where breath deepens, the nervous system softens, and time naturally slows.
Here, the land supports the work of rooting, restoring, and remembering what it feels like to simply be.
Rather than a rigid schedule, the retreat follows a natural rhythm — responsive to the season, the group, and the land. Your stay includes time in one of five thoughtfully designed luxury cabins, nestled along the top of the escarpment and surrounded by wild forest. The cabins encircle a shared fire pit and seating area — a natural gathering place for quiet evenings, fireside conversations, and stargazing beneath expansive autumn skies.

Your Sanctuary
Each cabin is created with intention, using sustainable materials and nature-inspired design to support deep rest, ease, and balance. Staying immersed in nature becomes part of the healing — encouraging better sleep, slower rhythms, and a deeper sense of peace.

Meet Your Hosts
Root & Restore is created by a mother-daughter trio with a shared passion for supporting women on their journey home to themselves. Each of us offers a different way of guiding through mindful movement, meditation, creative exploration, and nourishing plant-based food, all rooted in the intention to help you soften, feel supported, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. This retreat is deeply personal to us and reflects our individual paths, our bond as a family, and our belief in the healing power of women gathering with care and presence.
