Elements Immersion Experience (hot and cold contrast work- sauna / lake
plunge, meditation, and breathwork) can be added to Sunday's schedule at
an additional cost after lunch that day
Elements Immersion Experience
1.5 hr
You will be met by the Harmony Resident, Jack in the forest, who will guide you thru the benefits of earthing and then led barefoot through the forest to the sauna at the waters edge where you will be smudged with cedar/sage sticks and greeted with a ceremonial blessings of the four elements, guided by some sound and breath work while you enter the wood-fired sauna followed by a water plunge.
