Retreat Cancellation by Host:
In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by the hosts, guests will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, except in cases of force majeure, where refunds may be limited or the retreat may be rescheduled at the host’s discretion.

Participant Cancellation:
If a participant cancels their booking, the following fees apply:

• From booking until 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total price will be charged

• 60 to 30 days before arrival: 60% of the total price will be charged

• 30 days to arrival date / No show: 100% of the total price will be charged

No refunds are offered for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance.

Transfer Option:
You may transfer your spot to another person up to 14 days prior to the retreat, subject to host approval. The original deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to the new participant’s booking.
