The Mindful Eating Program
If you feel stuck in patterns of emotional or mindless eating, the Mindful Eating Program helps you reconnect with your body, release old subconscious patterns, and develop a calmer, more nourishing relationship with food.

This program has supported many individuals in breaking unhelpful habits, getting back on track, and rebuilding a healthy relationship with food.

Do you feel disconnected from your relationship with food?

Many people know what foods support their health, yet still struggle with habits such as:

• emotional or stress eating
• eating quickly or mindlessly
• feeling guilt or frustration around food
• difficulty recognizing hunger and fullness cues

These patterns often develop from stress, habit, and subconscious beliefs.

The Mindful Eating Program supports lasting change by addressing both the mind and the body.

This Program Includes:

20-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals and how the programs will support you
-
60-minute initial hypnosis session (in person or online)

a guided self-hypnosis audio recording for daily use
-
60-minute follow-up hypnosis session to support continued progress

How the Program Works
This program is designed to gently support you over the course of a month.
​
After your initial consultation, we will arrange a time for your first hypnosis session, either in person or online.
​
You will then receive a guided audio recording to listen to daily for 28 days. This self-hypnosis practice helps reinforce new patterns and support lasting change.
​
Your audio is yours to keep and can be used anytime you feel you need additional support.
​
Once you have completed listening to the audio for the 28 days we will set up a follow-up hypnosis session to help you stay on track and continue moving forward.
​
If additional sessions are needed, this can be discussed at that time.
This program is part of my broader hypnosis work, helping individuals shift habits and patterns at the subconscious level.
